Product bay and edit suite time can usually be arranged inside a week because those rooms run on separate schedules.

The crew call coordination service assembles photographers, digitechs, stylists, hair and make up artists, grips and runners from a regular list, and the desk sends one call sheet with access, parking, meals and wrap times. Crew rates are passed through at cost with a booking fee per shoot day, and the whole arrangement is set in the written scope.

Media lives on the client drive while the room is booked and is handed over on that same drive with a checksum log at the end of the job.
